حذف الحساب
الطريقة الأولى: الحذف من داخل التطبيق (موصى بها)
يوفّر تطبيق WAYEQ حاليًا طريقة مباشرة لحذف حسابك:
- افتح تطبيق WAYEQ وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
- انتقل إلى شاشة الحساب.
- اختر حذف الحساب.
- سيعرض لك التطبيق معاينة للبيانات المرتبطة بحسابك قبل الحذف، ثم يطلب تأكيدًا نهائيًا.
- بعد التأكيد، يتم حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به.
الطريقة الثانية: طلب الحذف عبر الموقع
إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك عبر مراسلتنا على:

عند اكتمال حذف الحساب، يتم حذف حسابك والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال:
- الملف الشخصي والأهداف.
- سجل الوجبات والأطعمة المسجَّلة.
- الأهداف والمستهدفات الغذائية اليومية.
- سجل الوزن.
- الوصفات الخاصة التي أنشأتها.
- قوائم التسوق.
- سجل استهلاك الماء.
- تفضيلات وإعدادات الحساب.
قد يُستثنى من الحذف الفوري ما يتطلب أو يسمح القانون بالاحتفاظ به، وقد تبقى نسخ احتياطية لفترة محدودة إلى أن يتم حذفها وفق دورة الاحتفاظ الفنية لمزوّد الخدمة، كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
أمور مهمة يجب معرفتها
- حذف تطبيق WAYEQ من جهازك (إلغاء التثبيت) وحده لا يحذف حسابك أو البيانات المخزَّنة المرتبطة به. يجب استخدام إحدى الطريقتين أعلاه لحذف الحساب فعليًا.
- حذف حساب WAYEQ لا يُلغي بالضرورة أي اشتراك نشط لدى Apple App Store أو Google Play. لإلغاء الاشتراك، يجب إدارته مباشرة من إعدادات حسابك لدى المتجر الذي تم الشراء منه.
Delete Account
Option 1: Delete from within the app (recommended)
The WAYEQ app currently provides a direct way to delete your account:
- Open the WAYEQ app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Delete Account.
- The app will show a preview of the data associated with your account before deletion, then ask for a final confirmation.
- Once confirmed, your account and its associated data are deleted.
Option 2: Request deletion via the website
If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:
What gets deleted
When account deletion is completed, your account and associated personal data are deleted, including for example:
- Profile and goal information.
- Logged meals and foods.
- Daily nutrition goals and targets.
- Weight history.
- Private recipes you created.
- Shopping lists.
- Water intake history.
- Account preferences and settings.
Some information may be excluded from immediate deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, and backups may persist for a limited time until removed according to the service provider's technical retention cycle, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Important things to know
- Uninstalling the WAYEQ app from your device does not, by itself, delete your account or its stored data. You must use one of the options above to actually delete your account.
- Deleting your WAYEQ account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription with the Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel a subscription, manage it directly through your account settings on the store where it was purchased.
